Hefei Federation of Trade Unions Investigates Grassroots Trade Union Work in Industrial Parks

On March 7th, Liu Xiaorong, a member of the Party Group and Director of the Funds Review Committee of the Hefei Federation of Trade Unions, conducted a survey on grassroots trade unions in the Juchao Economic Development Zone. Peng Lilan, Secretary and Chairman of the Party Group of the Chaohu City Federation of Trade Unions, and Wei Ming, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Juchao Economic Development Zone, accompanied the investigation.

The research group first visited Anhui Gongbu Zhizao Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. and listened to the introduction of the company's main responsible person on the company's development, product application, innovative research and development, and union formation, and solicited opinions and suggestions on union work. Liu Xiaorong fully affirmed the sustainable industrial planning layout and vigorous trend exhibited by Gongbu Zhizao, and highly praised the importance placed on improving the skill level of employees by Gongbu Zhizao.
